Finally, a week of Internet-less life was finished. We changed from I-Cable to HGC (that's Hutchison, a part of Li Ka Shing). I then went to the site of the Labour Department... And found out I wasn't even offered a chance of interview. Hope lost but this put my waiting to an end.
